My husband and I were first-time homebuyers. We must say that Yury went above and beyond to help us. He worked with us day and night to find us a befitting home. Carlos is fantastic! Carlos made the home buying process easy to navigate for a first-time homebuyer. He is extremely knowledgeable about the DMV market and is incredibly responsive and communicative. He also had great recommendations for choosing a lender, inspector, and title company. When we had issues leading up to closing (damage to the property from a tree falling), Carlos worked with the seller's agent to get it taken care of and to make sure closing happened on time. He made the whole process seamless for us. I could not recommend him more!
